Basic fitness, body mass, and postural assessments can be done to see what you need to help you live your best life. We will figure out together what is best for you. We can meet at your convenience. Each session is 60 minutes.
ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
$30 per session or $100 for 4 sessions
Programs are personalized to benefit beginning exercisers to advanced clients as well as those interested in specific or post rehab training. I will work with you to find your best program and to make changes as your fitness level increases.
Personalized small group training at less the cost of one-on-one training. Energize your exercise routine by working within a small group of like-minded people in a private setting. Get fit together by creating your own small group with friends, family and/or co-workers or joining an existing group.
WORK OUT WITH A BUDDY
$35 per session or $125 for 4 sessions (fee to be split between two buddies)
Just like one-on-one personal training but you will share the personal attention with one other person at the same session. This can be a spouse, parent, child, friend, or someone else who is looking for a training partner.
